We provide a wide range of services mainly in the petrochemical and naval sectors.

In the Construction, Precommissioning, Commissioning and Start Up phases of the main chemical, petrochemical and energy production plants, we are able to offer the following field supervision activities:
- Mechanical / piping supervision
- Civilian supervision
- Electro-instrumental supervision
- Active and passive protection supervision
- Welding supervision and related activities
- HSE, Legislative Decree 81/08
- Supervisor Legislative Decree 624/96 “well area”
In the context of the construction of methane pipelines, pipelines for petrochemical products, power plants and plants, CPM Tecsaldo provides its customers with supervisors, QA/QC, welding inspectors and NDT technicians with the following certifications:
- SNT TC 1A (I, II e III Livello)
- ISO 9712 (I, III e III Livello)
- International Welding Federation (IWI-
B, IWI- S, IWI- C, IWT, IWE) - The Welding Institute, CSWIP 3.1 – 3.2
- Supervisor Legislative Decree 624/96 “well area”
The main activities that are carried out are:
- Welding engineering (issue of WPS, PQR and all the documentation concerning the execution and control of the welds)
- Welding process qualification and certification
- Qualification and certification of welders
- Certification of the qualification of radiographic operators of third-party companies
- Supervision / execution of non-destructive tests, issuing of judgments
- Supervision of execution operations of field activities
- Compilation of construction site documents such as daily and weekly welding book reports and all the documentation required and necessary for the correct execution of the Contract
- Supervision of mechanical, civil, PE, electro-instrumental activities.
